The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site to place an order, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.


Order Acceptance Policy

Payment shall be made through the secure online payment method, PayPal. You can use Credit Card, Debit Card or your PayPal account to make the payment. I reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For all credit card payments, payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and DSH Equestrian is not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honour the credit card for any reason.


Product Availability

DSH Equestrian cannot always guarantee product availability, we reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If a product is unavailable at the time an order is placed you will be contacted.


Shipping and Handling

Orders will be processed and packed withing 2 - 3 days of being received. If you have paid by direct bank deposit, orders will not be sent until funds have cleared. All orders will be sent by Australia Post which usually takes between 1-14 days subject to the shipping destination, however shipping time is out of our control. We will advise you when your order has been sent, along with it's tracking number, which you can use to track your order on the Australia Post website. If you have ordered multiple items, your order will be shipped as one parcel when all items are available.


Refunds Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from DSH Equestrian please contact us immediately.
No refunds will be given on any products unless goods are proved to be faulty by our suppliers.
We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong decision.
If any item becomes unavailable you will be contacted and offered a refund.
